I need to make some racks and I need to make them as soon as I can get the stuff. I plan on making them out of 2x4s and expanded PVC. I have my tubs selected and all, I need to know how to wire flexwatt, and I need any tips I can get on building the rack. Any info, and I do mean ANY, will be highly appreciated. Also what id the best thermostat for racks and how do I place them (1 thermostat per rack? 1 per level? or what?)
