need help getting off weird scales....

hello. my suri shed about 3 days ago. i didn't notice anything wrong or weird about her face then but tonight she has a weird dark band across the bridge of her nose. i think it might be unshed scales?? how do i get it off (w/ less stress on her of course)? any help would be appreciated. thanks,

Yes, it shows the most on the lighter colored animals or those that really like to "root" around in their paper. Nothing to worry about, a wet paper towel or some spit on your finger will usually take it off, that is if you can get them to hold still long enough.

put neosporin on it. Judgeing by the rest of the scales on the snake, I would check your humidity. Hope this helps.
