Famed Walter's missing leg -- attention JF

cycluracornuta Mar 29, 2005 10:37 PM

Hey Joel,
I heard a rumor that the injury occured when Walter was absent mindedly housed with a big male ricord. The two fought, the ricord died, and Walter ended up with a broken front leg that was many years later amputated. The whole thing was caught on video at the zoo where it occurred. Being that you are closer to the sources, I was wondering if you could confirm the rumor ?

you are right. The bite was pretty bad. the leg was finally removed surgically at the "elbow" he is still up and around. We keep toying with scooter designs for him. I dont know anything about a video however. If "ricord" is looking in on the forum she has even more info about Walt, she used to own him. The cornuta sculpture I did, is Walter.
