Try increasing the interval between feedings to about 4 days. Then offer him a cricket or two. If he doesn't eat, remove the crickets and wait another day. Try again. He should be hungry enough after 4 days to eat the crickets the first time you offer them. The increased feeding interval won't hurt him but it will make him extremely hungry. Once he takes crickets, you can resume the normal feeding interval and he should be fine with his "new" food.

Have you tried a flying insect like a housefly or moth? They usually find them hard to resist.

I have found, with the majority of my reptiles, if I feed them something they like more, then I have a hard time getting them to accept their "regular" food.
I was feeding one of my reptiles waxworms to fatten him up and he refused to go back to crickets after that, but after a long enough period of time without the worms, he came to realize he had to either eat the crickets or go hungry, and he started eating the crickets again. My anole that did the same thing came around when I threw some flyers in there.

Waxworms can be a "problem" once an Anole gets hooked on them. I try to feed mine a varied diet (except for mealworms) and don't really have any trouble with them accepting most anything.
