my blood will not deficate

spottedturtleman Mar 30, 2005 06:35 PM

he is less than a year old and about 24 inches long. He has not gone to the bathroom for about 2 months. He is very fat and I am getting worried. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thank you
Tom

Bloods are notorious for not deficating very often, and leaving big boo boo's. Best thing I can advise is to soak him in some luke warm water for awhile. Just; set up a rubbermaid container, punch some holes in it, insert water, and your good to go.

Don't worry my babies defecate about every 3 months.Bloods growth rate is very fast so believe it or not they are absorbing most of what their eating.Be patient and don't worry.
