no.

FBnewts are usuallly highly toxic and shouldnt usually be mixed with anything else in captivity, unless u have a really good filter system or something else to keep the poisons in the water down.

NEVER MIX AMPHIBIAN SPECIES! they secrete a TOXIN though their skin that can be fatal to other species.

PLEASE see my website for complete care on on the African Dwarf Frog.

hey thats an ok site but you can put algea eaters in with dwarf frogs.they dont bother each other.also is that your site, like when it says "i feed them this way" does that mean you do or did u find the site?cuz i out the blood worms in a dish and my frogs cant find them.they go around the dish.

hello,

yes, that is my site. it is from YEARS of experience with these frogs. they will find the food eventually, sometimes they need a push into the dish to learn that is where they go for food. also, push the dish into the gravel, not just sit it on top of the gravel. that way they "fall" into the dish rather then climb up on top of it.

what type of algae eater? plecos, chinese/siamese/gold and marbled algae eaters are a NO NO. these fish get LARGE and agressive! "otto cats" are fine, they only get an inch and eat just algae. but only one per 10 gals or they'll starve. also, if you have algae, it is a sign of an underlying problem within the tank and adding more creatures that eat and poop just make things worse.
