My baby has a little build up of something around her mouth. I don't know what best to do and if it is definately mouthrot..If any one knows something that i should do let me know

I strongly suggest finding the best "exotic" vet you have in your area that is familiar with reptiles and schedule an appointment asap.
Protect your investment by getting a diagnosis and treatment plan from someone that will be able to actually do an exam. Babies can go downhill rapidly and if you do have "mouth rot" or upper respiratory going on with your baby, getting started with the proper treatment right away will increase your chances greatly of having a good outcome on this situation.
