Comfortable Terarium dementions?

I was also just wondering what comfortable cage dementions were for a full grown savanna monitor. Im planning on a custom cage being built for my savanna over the summer. Shes only 11 inches now but i want her to get comfortable in a perminant cage. Somthing not to large but not minnimum requirments.
