When can my Iguana go outside

I live in Wilmington NC and was wondering when i can put my iguana outside i still think its a little cool now with highs in the mid-70s and lows in the 60s but in the sun my thermometer read 90

i just recently took my iguana outside and the day after his whole body shedded like crazy.. i take that as a good sign. i think it has to be around 70 degrees at least to take them outside. my iggy was only out there for a few minutes and it was about 68- 70 degrees... about 10 minutes or so.. but no longer.
