Custom Screen Top??

I just bought a 75E (48"x18" tank for my beardie. The top of it is divided into two 22"x16" sections. I would love to find two screens that fit into those dimensions but no website sells them that size. Any ideas on how to build one and what kind of materials will be resistant to the heat from the lights.
