So sick I had to share

toshamc Apr 01, 2005 11:22 AM

This morning I was going thru my usual rack cleaning ritual with my boys. As I was busy cleaning out one tub I hear my oldest yell "no Eric don't, ewwww" then my youngest "yum, it taste good, try some" so I look to see whats happening: They pull another tub out of the rack, pull out little brown and white pieces and pop them into their little mouths. Of course I'm like: "what are you guys doing" to which I get an "April Fools Mom" they'd planted pieces of cholcolate and popcorn in a couple of the tubs knowing that we'd be cleaning them out in the morning. It just makes a mother proud!

ROTFLMAO!!! If that was my boys I think I would have had to spank somebody. I'm really glad they grew out of that stage

Well, you still have time today. You need to come up with a good retaliation to teach them a lesson!

Darn, I was trying to think of something to get my son today. I am going to have to remember that one for next year!!! Do me a favor and maybe some others. If you think of it... next year write a reminder for those of us that arent as clever. LOL

Thats what I thought...Mine are really eating dog food though! (I can stop them from doing that 9 out of 10 times, hehe...)

When my little guy went through the dog food eating stage, I bought him Reeses cereal (looks just like dog food) and his own dog bowl. After a week the novelty wore off and he hasn't eaten dog food since. Now to get the dog to stop eating the cat poop out of the litter box, that's a whole nother story!

That is a great idea with the dog bowl and the cereal, I'll try that. Sounds like you are an experienced "Cat herder"!
I'm not too worried about my dog, although he does have a taste for horse manure...

OH my word! My dog (longhaired rotti) does the same thing. It drives me insane!!! If you find the answer you have to let me know.

Hey. . .when I was younger 3-4 years old. . .I would hide under the kitchen counter and eat dog treats till I was caught. I still hear this story every now and then.

Peace,
Ian Daviss

That is hilarious! Maybe time to start denying that ever happened, hehe...
