Albino Jungles?

Stickytongues Apr 01, 2005 09:42 PM

Anyone know where I can get picutures of albino jungles? I've never seen an albino jungle and rarely see jungle het albinos for sale. I've seen one jungle het albino that was for sale for $10K by John Martino and thats about it.

The reason why I'm asking is I have this huge female stripeline from Neil and I have no male for her. My Dh sunglow male is just being lazy right now. So I am looking for a male to put with this awesome girl.

What would you guys breed to your stripeline albinos?

Ask Peter Kahl for pictures. He had a Jungle Sunglow litter last year.

I just sent him an email. Do you know how much he was asking for albino jungles or sunglow jungles?

I don't know if any were even for sale, with the variance of the jungle gene he wanted to prove which were jungles. I am sure with enough cash he would sell one. With the cost of arabeque sunglows I would expect a jungle sunglow to be 40k or MUCH more, and an albino to be 15-20k.

Sam-

These animals were produced by Pete with one of my Female DH Sunglows and his Jungle Het. Albino Male. None of these animals have been sold and they are all currently residing at my place.

There was one other litter produced last year and to my knowledge, none of those animals were sold either.

Here is a photo of one of the Males that we believe to be a Jungle Sunglow.

Thanks for posting Brandon. That boa is exquisite. I knew someone else worked on the project and couldn't remember, that was you.

Brandon,

Was there any sunglows that had the zigzag pattern?
