Can anyone please help me, Ive had this group of Tomato Frogs for about a year now and have just got them to start calling. The only problem im haveing is that most of them seem to be calling, even the ones I had labled females. Also I lost one of my females(I thought female) do to too much amplexing, I believe it was actually another female that did this to her. They should all be adults by now, and im just wondering if females call, I had them sexed by size before.

Sexing by size isn't always accurate. You should check the inside of their forearms for nuptial pads. If you can't tell on your own, then post pictures of their forearms for us to see.

Thx for the help, funny how I always thought the nuptial pads were only visable during breeding time.
