Need help killing off large amount of rats

I have started breeding a small colony of rats and I need to find an easy way to kill them off (50-100 sm & med rats a month). I have heard of using dry ice (Co2), but is there anything else I can use. I would like to create a gas chamber, but don't know what to buy or where to buy it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
