Yellow rat snake. He has been on a hunger strike. As luck would have it there was a very young rabbit in my yard this morning. It had ants on it but was still alive. I washed off the ants and put it with him he ate it. Since being warmed up he has been afraid of rats, even small ones. I hope this snak will get him back in the eating mode.

It would seem unusual for a captive bred snake to reject rats in favor of rabbits. Either way, I bet he starts eating again. I've generally found that once they eat something, they fall right into line. Nice looking yellow - excellent color and good markings.
