Is 75 degrees too cool to put dragons in an outdoor basking cage for a few hours?

It is getting about 80 degrees on a piece of slate that sat outside for an hour.

That is a little cool to bring the dragons out. Be better to wait till the sun is much warmer, so it's about 90F or higher in a 'basking spot'.

If you have a sheltered spot away from the wind and in direct sunlight, may be warmer than 80F, especially a bit later in the day.
