tail loss

if my babies tail comes off what do i do??

put a little neosporin on it (not the pain relieving kind), keep it clean and on nice clean paper towels. Pamper the poor little guy and it should heal and start to grow back. - Geeboo

If your gecko's tail falls off, you should clean out the tank and use paper towels as ur substrate so that your gecko does not get infected. Be sure to feed and supplement your gecko as the fat storage in its tail is now gone. The tail will eventually grow back, but not as pretty as it was before. n/p
