My N. Ringnecks not eating worms

CoffeeCake Apr 04, 2005 04:52 PM

I tried earthworms in last two weeks but my 3 N ringnecks arent taking them.
I will try another week or two than release them as this area supports them. I have seen many in the woods.
Rather not tho but dont want to use salamanders as those I like and not many in area dont want to take them.

They do perfer Salamanders, the small woodland red back and lead back salamanders are generally fairly common. If you don't want to feed them salamanders, try using the salamanders to scent the worms.
