violently swing his huge tail back and forth, and the rought scales on it gave quite a scratching. i just thought that was interesting, never heard someone say they did that... and yeah, its not to smart to stick your finger in with an adult male chuck stuck in a rock, my lil bro got a chunk taken out of his finger doing that... he'll be fine though, lol....

sacrificing his finger for your herping experience. Sometime when I reach in on my chuck, he will smack at me with his tail and give a quick hiss...just before leaping from all fours and squirting urine in my eyes...

Just kidding about the uring part, but yea...I think if you pull hard they tails will come off if you need them to fit in a smaller cage...just kidding :O)

he is a good little brother. i have a box turtle that used to squirte urine straight out when you picked him up, so he could be used as a squirt gun... it caused many an exiting summer day.
