Definitive Rattlesnake book ?

Was wondering what is considered the best Rattlesnake book w/ the most recent distibution maps and species listed ?

The best book overall for Rattlesnakes has to be Laurence Klauber's Rattlesnake: Thier Habits, Life histories, and influence on mankind. It isn't current with maps and species list, but anything written about rattlesnakes uses these books (2 volumes) as a reference.

Manny Rubio's book Rattlesnake: Portrait of a Predator had good descriptions and pictures of all the species. I don't think there were range maps though.
