Advice needed on dragon!!!!!!!!!!??????????

repzoo44 Apr 05, 2005 12:56 PM

Im more of a snake person and my dragon has been frustrating me lately. Hopefully you guys can give me some advice. She has just been lethargic recently and doesnt want to eat her greens or pellets. A little background: She is about 4 years old. She gets a combination of greens, and pellets and occasionally crickets, more crickets recently though. She doesnt seem to want to eat anything but the crickets. She goes nuts for them. She has had bloodwork done and everything was normal. She has a basking lamp and a uv light. We just cant figure out why she is like this. Does anyone have any insight to this? Thanks in advance for any help.

ok, i have 2 questions for u to help me a little better here:

1- what type of bedding do u use?
2- has he/she been pooping regularly (meaning looks the same, smells the same, same amount of times a day/week)

also tell us as much as you can about your setup as well as are there any other dragons with her, etc.....???

She is currently on newspaper. I used to use bran but I had too many problems with little moths. She is in a 40 gal breeder tank with a large hide log and a big branch to climb on. She is by herself so shes not stressed from that. I was thinking she may be constipated. I think she is pooping a little less frequently as of late. Although she did unload yesterday. Nothing unusual about it. Any ideas or maore questions? Thanks.
