why is it that when people think of lizards they think of slimy little slithery creatures?? some moron i work with just p'd me off with that remark.

also, why is it i have such little tolerance for people yet i can spend hours everyday cleaning up lizard poop, wiping cages, feeding, handling, getting bitten by and even talking to my beardies and not ever get frustrated with them???

just a little food for thought, that really i didnt have to share with anyone and probably shouldnt but i have always had a blurting problem, i guess it applies to typing also?.......

Im not sure whos signature its on but it says "the more people I meet, the more I like my snakes". Its hard to argue with that. Or lizards of course. LOL

I have the same problem myself at times it is probably because you expect humans to behave and act better than they do...

People’s ignorance drives me crazy sometimes as well. People seem to want to kill everything (esp. snakes) and I try to explain how the best friends to have in your yard are a king snake and some lizards. Of course they reply that the only good snake is a dead snake. Small minds, closed minds. They have no interest in facts, or educating themselves, only in killing what they are too lazy to understand.
