Maybe if one were a chemist with the proper knowledge, materials, and facilities to insure sterility. Other than that, no.
Try contacting a regular vet locally and explain the situation. I'm sure you can find someone capable of doing a "simple" fluid injection that will also show you how and supply the materials to do it. I took a prior animal into an emergency care vet clinic, which does not have anyone on hand that handles reptiles, but they were able to do an injection upon specific request. I neglected to "learn" how to do it at that time, myself, and also acquire materials, but I'm sure it would have been possible (and better).
