i need help with my sick gecko

i have a leopard gecko who is about three years old.
recently it stopped eating and i noticed that it looks like its... ahem... back end is ...um... clogged?
i need any advice i can get because my little guy hasnt been eating since he hasnt been pooping and its been about a week now.
i'm worried!
please help if you can.

Take it to a vet because it sounds like its impacted. Your gecko pretty much needs an ennema. It'll die unless you get it to a reptile vet ASAP.
