I don't have anything I feed every single day - I try to feed 3-4 different greens as the base salad, but what I use varies day to day depending on what I find. Ones I use a lot are dandelion greens, mustard greens, bok choy, collard greens, endive, escarole, arugula, and radicchio (for color). Other greens are used sometimes, just to mix it up (like nappa cabbage, kale, watercress, etc). Rotating staple veggies include green beans, green peas, lima beans, winter squash, and parsnip, but these are a much smaller part of what I feed. I hope that answers what you were asking!
