My female crested is about 7 inches and 31 grams. Is it possible to tell her age? How long until she can safley breed?

Sounds like maybe around a year. Most people (including me) advise that you breed females once they reach 35 grams and 14 months. Since you do not know the exact age, 35 grams.

Your crested is probably around a year old and can safely breed at 35 grams.
