Communal tank

Sobera Jul 10, 2003 02:21 AM

is it possible to keep 6 fire belly newts along with 2 fire belly frogs, 2 paddle tail newts, an emporer newt, and 4 small treefrogs....none of them are big enough to eat each other i would provide ample food for them all, making sure they each get there share, so in a big enough tank, why not? approxomitely what size of tank would you need for that? any advice would be great THANX

This question has been answered many times on this form, the forums at www.caudata.org as well as in articles on www.caudata.org/caudatecentral

Short answer: Don't do it. Long answer, read all the responses on the two forums or the articles on caudatecentral. Here is a link to the article.
