Greetings from the UK! My baby pacman arrived today, so just thought I'd post a quick pic to share. Don't know much about him/her. All I know is CB'04, 2 inches long, 18.5 grams and likes to bury completely in moss
PS It would be great if more people posted pix. I seems you have to post a pic in the gallery before you can post a pic with a message in the forums.

Hey, thanks for the info. That's really wierd that your frog ate so much. I put 5 crickets in the cage the first night and when I woke up there was only one. Like I said since then he's only eaten one every other day. Can you tell me how to post pictures? I'll post mine and we can compare the growth of our frogs together or something. You say you have a heating pad? Is it a variable control pad or one solid temp? I was talking to the pet store owner and they said that the heating pad might "cook" them in the cage. I just checked my temp in the cage and it is appr. 75 degrees. What color light did you say you used? I think I can take mine back and get another color if I want. Can they eat earth worms? I was thinking about trying to find some around my house, but I think pesticides might have been used. I might wait and go to the bait store to get crix or worms or something. I heard they'll eat fish and that vould speed up their growth rate. Let me know of anything and if I hear of something you might be interested in I'll let you know.

Hi again. I had another go at feeding mine last night and he seemed even more eager for food than before. I gave him 4 locusts, 4 meal worms. He was snapping at everything that came into site. They can eat earthworms but I would use worms from a bait shop. Are in UK or US? If you are in UK there is a guys selling live food at 4 tubs for £9.99 free postage too. Thats a pretty good deal. You get to choose from Mealworms, Lobworms (earthworms), Locusts, crickets. I had one of each and came yesterday (next day). The earthworms are way too big for my pac at the moment though. Just type 'reptile food' into ebay and his auctions for the live food come up.
To post pictures I found I had to post a picture in 'gallery' section first. This is really easy. Just follow the instructions. Once you have done this, kingsnake.com creates a gallery folder for you, where you can upload and store any future pictures. So the picture you just posted in the gallery will now be in that folder. Then I just went into forum/message board section and went about the usual way of posting an message and you will notice that an option to post a photo appears near the bottom of the page. This is where you can choose photos from the gallery folder kingsnake has created for you and it will upload the selected photo along side your message.
I suppose theoretically a heat pad could cook your frog if it was placed under the tank as these frogs bury to excape heat so if the mat is underneath the frog would just be burying into more intense heat. However I have my 12 watt mat taped to the outside of my tank on the end side and only above the substrate level. So if he starts to bury under the surface it should be a bit cooler than the surface area of the tank near the mat. Having said that, mine seems to spend all his time right next to the side of the tank that the mat is taped too, and he's buried just below the surface. The mat remains at a solid temperature. I don't use a bulb as I've read it dries the air up and the substrate too fast. However if the room temp dropped below 60 I would probably use a low wattage bulb over the top of the tank. The air temp of the tank is currently 75, with it being around 85 right near the end where the heat mat is. This seems to be the area he prefers most.
I think if you use a light you should use red or black...
I'm using Forest Bed as a substrate now, cuz I noticed the moss was going mouldy...!!
