Today My male and female Locked up for about 45 minutes,this is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happend.I'm really excited about it but im wandering what I need to do next.What do I need to look for to give me the sign of knowing that she is 100% gravid.I know about basking up side down but what about the early signs.I know some animals will leave a sperm plug but I haven't heard that about ball pythons.I want to do this right and becoming a solid breeder is something I would love to do.

Unfortunately 45 minutes probably isn't going to cut it for balls, look for something closer to 24 hours. Then a pretty obvious sign would be ovulation.

well this has been going on for about two and a half weeks and then i noticed that they were locked up again after i posted the message.Is there anything I can do to ensure conception?

I would just continue to pair them up together as long as they are copulating. Be sure to rest your male for a few days in between each copulation to give him some recovery time. For my females that became gravid this season I recorded around 8-12 copulations for each until I witnessed ovulation. Usually my ball pythons hook up for anywhere from 12-36 hours at a time during copulation.
