Herping Softwares for Palm OS PDAs

DeZ Jul 10, 2003 05:58 AM

Hi ya all,
I'm wondering if any of ya have any idea if there is a herping software for Palm OS PDAs. I'm currently using the Palm Zire 71 and I've 2.3 green treefrogs, 1.2 Emperor newts and 0.1 tiger salamanders. I'm thinking of gathering some local frogs to see what species are found where, basically sorta a private research/documentations.

As such the software shld be able to store datas of the animals like size, gender, location and prefably able to attach a picture to it. If any of ya have any idea where there is such a software pls email me, thanks. =)

I know it exists as I've seen footage of field biologists entering data at capture sites during surveys. I'm not sure whether its available to the general public or some sort of custom program for the pros. I'd like to find something similar myself.
