my lizard isn't doing so well!

my friend gave me his pet leopard gecko and after a couple days her tail got REALLY thin! when he first got her from the hamburg reptile show and brought her home she did just fine but now that she's at my house she isn't doing so hot. her tail went from really fat to EXTREMELY thin. can anyone help

A few things to check out this leo. What substrate you using? What lighting? What you feeding? What size cage? Are there any shelters?

Yes, please provide a detailed description of your set up.

In the mean time, if you can get a fecal sample, bring it to the vet, sounds like parasites, and with parasites, early intervention is the key~

i'm using calci-sand, plenty of hides, mist her daily, kept in a ten gallon, and fed crickets daily.
any other q's or concerns?
