Pinky to Weanling???

amoeba14 Apr 07, 2005 03:33 PM

Just purchased a bunch of weanling from RodentPro (AWESOME) and I'm curious how many should be fed to my corn. She is 30 inches in length, not sure of age but pounded the weanling I gave her last night. Is once every 7 days good? More frequent, less frequent??? Thanks in advance.

Hey Tim,
It really depends on your snake and the size of the weanlings.
If the weanling left a noticeable bulge in your snake then I would say one every 7 days would be a good feeding schedule.
When it gets to the point that one weanling hardly leaves a noticable bulge feed it two a week until you are out of weanlings and then step up to the next size.
Either way once a week is good.

Thanks for the help. There is definately a "bulge" in her after she eats. I'll stick to a once every 7 days schedual and move up when the time is right.
