Who here keeps Cork Barks?

Mad_1234 Apr 07, 2005 04:21 PM

I know of a couple people on this forum that keep cork bark leaf tails but I know there are more out there. I am trying to make a list of as many people as I can who keep them.
Plus here is a picture of one of my CB Uroplatus pietschmanni.

matt-

i've noticed those white spots on your geckos in a few of your pics...were all of those taken around the same time or at different times? are those white spots part of its coloration or just something sticking to them? every time i see them, i get very curious.

Mad_1234 Apr 07, 2005 05:47 PM

I just took this picture this mourning. The white is their coloration not stuff sticking to them. They also have white spots on their tails but I don't think you can see that from the picture.

I have an adult female and two hatchlings. My female has a white dot on her head.

VanRobinson Apr 07, 2005 05:14 PM

I have a single adult female corkbark. Looking for a male!

Geckos_R_Me Apr 07, 2005 06:55 PM

I got a male and female corkbark a month or so back and my male has a little white spot on his head and I didn't know what it was(if it was just part of him or something growing on him). That makes me feel so much better to know that it is just part of his coloring. I will have to get pictures of them on here soon. Mine are such sweeties! They don't seem to have an aggressive bone in their body and they eat so veraciously(sp?).

I'm glad your cork barks are doing good Jess. Definatly get some pictures of them soon, I can't wait to see them. Cork Barks are the coolest leaf tails but of course I'm biased.
