I'm an office manager for a vet and fecals can run anywhere from $10 - $20, however, I have found that northern states (I'm here in Florida) veterinary costs can be double in some areas. But we charge $14 and I think thats pretty average.

The prices vary on vet, location etc... best way to get a price for a fecal for your reptile vet, is call his receptionist. They typically know the basic costs of common treatments/tests. You can also ask about payment options if money is a problem lately. Some vets will do a payment plan, so much per week or month till the bill is paid off.
