Dog Bone Boa........?

lazandlouie Apr 08, 2005 03:07 PM

I really dont know much about any sort of boas but really like them. I dont own any and dont plan on it soon, but today i was at an exotic petstore and they had a boa they called a dog bone patterned boa. I thought it was neat but they were selling it for 175. My question is, is that just some funky pattern, are they an actual snake alone (dog bone) and how much are they worth, i couldnt find any in the classifieds. Thanks everyone!!

"Dog Bone" sounds really like a catch phrase, but unless you can post a picture of it, i couldn't tell you if it was really anything special, or just average, or even what species/subspecies it was for that matter. See if you can snap a photo of it, or ask the pet store its species...they may or may not know...and there is always the question if the shop is trust worthy enough to give you an honest answer. Goodluck!

There is no "DOg Bone" boa that I know of. The seller is probably using that term to describe the pattern. I would consider the boa...... normal.
