Nope, not big enough. Water dragons are aboreal, they need height to feel secure. Your cage should be at least 4-6 feet tall. The length is ok.

I would say probably wider too...2feet wide isn't much, especially when including their tail the CWD will be bigger than that. Ideallly they should have a tank wide enough for them to rotate comfortably.
