I just want to ask you guys advice on how you heat up your snake's cage. I'm think of using a heat lamp with incandescent light during the day and night bulb and with heat mat at night and during the day. I'm thinking of using the light bulb for basking spot at night and day time. How would you heat up the cage if I use the rubbermaid storage container. I know heating mat alone isn't enough because they need a basking spot of 90 degree and the rest of the enclosure should be around 80-85 degree; at night, the basking spot should be at 80 degree and the rest of the cage should go no lower than 73-75 degree. Any advice would be greatly appreative! Thanks!
