How badly did i slip up here?

Notice the location of the eggs in this pic.
(Taken right after i moved her.)

...as compared to their location with her here, before her removal.

When i placed them in the incubator,i placed them exactly the way i picked them up from the tub.Which is obviously already wrong for a few of them.

Is there a way to tell if those few are upright or not?Candling maybe or no?
Or am i just freaking out and they should all be fine?

Thank you

I have heard that eggs should not be rotated. I'm not sure why. Perhaps Scott can shed some light on this. I believe it is because of the way the embryo attaches to the egg wall. Personally, I don't think it's an issue. I have watched females roll their eggs. I have even watched them discard eggs. The discarded eggs certainly were rolled over. I have never lost an egg. IMHO, I would not worry.

Keep us posted though.

Who sire the clutch?
Pastel babies would look great from her (nice light color
and a good amount of blushing...).
Best of luck to you!

Heya,thanks Chris.
He was a possible het Caramel i got from Stu at 2:am creations last spring.

If i don't hatch a male(lol)then that will probably be what she gets bred to next.

Good luck to you to!

This girl has been coiled like this since the March 27th.

This pic is from today.
"Pixel" (The sire "Recoil" is a brother to the sire of my first clutch).

Well...we just successfully hatched Irian Jaya Carpet X Woma python hybrids for the first time known to man (at least to the best of our knowledge), so that's the hot item around here for the moment!

But yeah, there should be some cool ball python stuff on board. I just don't like to talk about it before it happens...too superstitious!

Keep an eye out - we'll be sure to post it as it happens!

Great job again on those eggs - that's a fine clutch! Now the countdown begins!

Have a great night Charles!
