My male Crested was born around May of 2004. I just weighed him and he is 29 grams and I think (best measurement I could get) he's about 7.5-8.0 inches snout to tail. I know if can vary between individuals, but I was wondering if he sounds like he's where he should be?

i wouldn't worry about it. that sounds like a pretty darn good weight for being less then a year old. some may boast heavier cresteds for the age, but if it's fully filled out and has a healthy diet the i wouldn't change anything that you're doing to make it gain weight faster or anything like that.
