my male albino burm will not eat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

philsiggy Apr 10, 2005 12:49 PM

ive had this burm for 2 years. Hes about 8 feet long. He was eating frozen thawed large chicks. the last time he ate was 4 months ago. Hes only eaten 6 times in about a year. Hes also not losing any body and has shed a few times. The reptile stores here no longer carry the large chicks and he has nothing to do with rats. I need help before he does start losing weight. Any help with this will be greatly welcomed
Philip

I heard that you can scent the rats with chicken broth and it will get them to eat rats as well if they were used to chics. Could be wrong however. Other posters here may be able to verify that.
