Why not just order them frozen from one of the reputable online suppliers?
I have used Rodentpro and bigcheese rodent as well as the Mousefactory and all are reputable and provide a quality product. I am particulary satisfied with BigCheese rodents, but rodent pro has the advantage of online ordering.

have you tried offering one live then one f/t directly after? this sometimes works in the transition.

What kind of snakes are they? I have kept hundreds of snakes over the last 30 years and have always been able to get them on f/t.

If this doesn't work, it sounds like you are going to have to start breeding your own mice.
