Well one speaks Portuguese and the other
there is some size difference but most noticeable at first glance if the wider black marking on a Peruvians head. hope that helps.

I don't care if the glass is half full or half empty !
I just want the full glass I paid for !
Hi
thanks for your reply. So are they the same snake just different strains? Also what one is larger?
jk
JK the PRBs on average are larger then BRBs, The BRB is Epicrates Cenchria cenchria and the PRBs is Epicrates Crassus both members of the Rainbow family though I would say more closely related then most. BRBs are far more common then PRBs in captivity their husbandry is pretty much the same as a BRBs. You thinking of getting a PRB?

...The Peruvian Rainbow Boa is Epicrates cenchria gaigei. Peruvian Rainbows have fewer and larger scales than Brazilian Rainbows. They generally look the same though the gaigei do get a little larger. The range of the Brazilian Rainbow is very large and extends across the northern half of Peru. The Peruvian Rainbow ranges from southern Peru and it's range probably extends south into neighboring countries.
