I have posted here before earlier this month about the same thing. I have a 1 year old leopard gecko which is kept in a 20 gallon long home, with two hides on on the cool side which is usually around 65-70ish and one on the hot side which is 85-90. She is kept on paper towels. She has stopped easting. In the past week and a half she has only eaten 2 wax worms and 2 meal worms. Both dusted in reptical and also gut loaded. She has been more active running around and she actually gained a gram since the last time I posted so she is only 1 gram off her normal. But what worries me is in the last week she hasn't gone the bathroom. I am thinking about taking her to the vet but isnt it helpful to bring a stool sample? I am going to clean her home tonight(I do a full clean once a week) and I was thinking in putting in some crickets in her old 10 gallon and see if maybe while I am cleaning she will eat. Thats what she did last week. Any help would be great. I am sorry this was such a long post.

I would recomend trying to get a fecal sample and then taking your leo to the vet with the stol sample in tow. If you cannot get a sample though do not hesitate and go to the vet anyways

good luck!

She finnally went the bathroom! Tiny amount though. We cant get her into the vet till Thursday so we are going to try and feed her crickets. Maybe she is sick of mealworms. She used to eat everything, but in Sept she decided crickets weren't for her. I am wondering if she is going to shed again since she stops eating right before. Thanks again.
