will a snake go in this cage?

sundazegrl Apr 11, 2005 02:00 PM

I'm just curious if any reptile (snake or lizard, I guess) could live in this cage? It was built for a baby iguana, but it is obviously too small for an adult iguana. It's 4x4x2'. The front is wire so I doubt it holds humidity well. I probably won't put anything in it, but I'm just curious what could go in it.

What is that PVC around the front for? Does that hold the screen, or what? What I would do is run a piece of wood lengthwise about 2 feet up. Then I would put sliding doors on the top and bottom. That would make a really nice arborial display cage If you want some more detailed help let me know.

I'm not sure what you mean. I go to college in my home town so I still live with my parents, and I doubt they'll let me change the cage. The PVC is the frame of the cage. What kind of snakes do you mean? How do you care for them (care sheet?) and where are good breeders? I currently only have experience with ball pythons, corn snakes, and taiwanese beauties.
