i just put sand in my beadies cage this is the first time shes ever had sand in their. she's ok its just that she wont stand on it she runs to the nearest object.is this beacause i just put it in their and shes not used to it?

My beardies begged to be taken out the first time I cleaned their tank out and gave them fresh sand so its just a matter of adjusting thats all. Your beardie will adjust in time so don't worry and give it a few days.
giving all th e recent troubles you have been having with your dragon, I would advise removing the sand. SHe doesn't need extra stress caused by such a drastic change in her environment. Besides, she most likely doesn't like the feel of sinking into sand. I would wait till she is older and eating/shedding regularly before re-introducing sand.

She probably doesn't smell her scent anymore. That happens to most animals kept in cages after you clean the enclosure. It doesn't smell like it did so they think they're somewhere else until they figure it out. Feeding them right away usually helps to take their mind off it. But I agree with the last post, if your dragon is already stressed, changing the cage will definately make it worse.
