The stripes on the Emerald Basin

Question about the stripe development on the Amazon Basin Treeboas. How do the stripes develope? That is, do the width and barbs visibly gradually increase or is it obvious only after a shed (like a new rattle after a rattler sheds)? Thanks.

I to am wondering about this. I just picked up 0.0.3 basins that were born on 8/12/05, does their striping delvelope at all over time? or is the white that they now have it?
