There is Central American in that boa. The pattern, and color are both very CA. I don't really see much to lead me to belive there is colombian in it at all.

But if you don't know I guess it really doesn't matter, I would just call it a very nice dark boa.

My guess would be CA boa. She's very nice looking and different from most boas you see.

Looks like a Central to me. A look at her bely would help you out with I.D. Try to get a belly shot to post.

If you do not know, just stick with a nice imperator.

I do not see anything that would hint Colombian.

Due to digital photos it may not have shown, but is there any orange or red on the body in the anterior end near the tail blotches? This is typical of C.A. The gray clear body in the top half is similar to some Honduran and Costa Rican populations, Costa Rican is very unlikely, and the animal does not have a typical saddle shape of Hondurans.

One of my 66% het Blood, the male, looks similar in color throughout much like yours, he has 50% Colombian influence, bred through two generations, with 50% El Salvador. Yours may be a cross, but still seems to follow suit of a C.A. Centrals are very differing in populations and through the individual. i am sorry I could not help you out better.
