Salmon Jungle Question? Re: post below

morgans boas Apr 12, 2005 07:43 AM

Hi, let me 1st say that those babies on "KILLERBOAS" post below are amazing. The combo of great color, and crazy patterns are right up my alley.
My question is:
Since we know that Hypos will tend to throw babies with some abberancies, and the Jungle can produce baby Jungles with a more typical pattern. What are the babies to be called when they are Hypo with a connected saddle, or say a small tail stripe? The picture in the post below showed a great variety ; some were an obvious comibnation of both traits, but then it seems that there would be a number of them that will not be known until raised, and bred. Is the Jungle trait easy to define in Hypos? Either way, I love them. I loved them all, and wish the best on that awesome crazy litter.
This was posted to get thoughts and opinions, and not to create a heated debate. Take care and congrats, David

The two traits are at times difficult to identify if both are present. I know the litter of Jungle Sunglows from last year was all kept to find out which of the Albinos and Sunglows were Jungle.
