I am having some problems with this I have realized I am not properly gutloading my crix for my leopard geckos and Collard lizard. So I just wanted to know what evryone uses weather its home-made or from cricketfood.com(which is where I might get mine) I would like to know what is the best for you. Also I have heard some controversy abotu fish flakes becuase even though they have the same ingredinets as most cricket gutloaders they are filled with artificial colouring and preservatives.

Dry gutload is something more folks should become aware of, but not everyone wants to grind up a bunch of grains in their kitchens!

We have been making our own for several years now - and we have improved it several times. We were fortunate enough to get input from our herp vet and a PHD entomologist when we were figuring the ingredients. It got so that we started selling it here in the ads.

The easy fix about the fish food is to use Koi pellets... no dyes or food coloring - just good nutrients.

Hope this helps...
