Does anyone else have a one year old beardie who naps?

She is almost a year old....and she seems to nap during the day. She is active (almost too active) but in her aquarium...she naps is this normal??

My female naps all the time. (she is just a week or so over a year old) i dunno if this is normal but above all else she seems perfectly healthy. :-p

Any thoughts from anyone else?
